Registration Fees
Conference registration fees include: opening reception (June 11) and refreshment breaks.

(Early-bird) full conference up to April 27: $495 + tax
Full conference (after April 27): $595 + tax
Student rate: $250 + tax
Single day registration: $200 + tax

In addition to CAB IV, we are very pleased to offer you an opportunity to share knowledge and best practices on the continuum of learning for the healthcare professionals as CAB IV will be held in conjunction with the Canadian Association of Continuing Health Education (CACHE) 2013 Annual Conference (June 11, 2013).


Reduced Rate for CAB IV and CACHE Conference Attendees
For attendees of CAB IV, there will be a reduced joint rate for those who are interested in registering for both CAB IV and CACHE 2013 Conference.

Early-bird rate is $445+ tax for fully paid registrations received by April 27, 2013.
Regular rate will be $545+tax.

Student early-bird rate is $200+tax for fully paid registrations received by April 27, 2013.
Student rate after April 27, 2013 will be $200+ tax

Single day early-bird rate is $150+tax for fully paid registrations received by April 27, 2013.
Single day rate after April 27, 2013 will be $150 + tax

On April 1, the province of BC will be undergoing a tax change from HST to GST


CAB IV and CACHE* Joint Reception

Date: June 11, 2013
Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

A joint reception for CAB IV and CACHE will be held on the evening of June 11, 2013. Please join us for an opportunity to enjoy connecting with fellow conference delegates and health professionals in a social setting. The reception is included in the conference registration fee and registered conference delegates are able to bring a guest to attend the reception at the cost of $35. Hors d’oeuvre and one drink ticket will be provided.

Refund, Transfer, and Cancelation Policy

Refunds will be made (less a $50.00 +5% GST processing fee) if written notice of withdrawal is received by May 12, 2013. No refunds will be granted for withdrawl after that date. There is a $25 replacement charge in the case of a registration transfer. Please contact us prior to May 12, 2013 if you cannot attend and would like another person to come in your place. UBC Interprofessional Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel or move this program if registration is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, a refund less of a $50 + 5% GST handling charge will be returned.
